Ian is the best, pure and simple. Very recently I bought a neat and clean used Mercedes car with ultra low mileage from his garage, Merevale Motors. I found Ian very professional, honest, reliable and more so a very kind human being. Out of his sheer generosity, he received me from the train station and then drove me back to it. From my initial contact the experience was amazing, friendly, timely and helpful with no pushiness at all. The car was as described and the deal on e mail was the actual deal with no deviations, contact and communication was straightforward and easy and the whole experience was not your typical car sales add ons. The owner of Merevale is a really genuine and honest guy. He sold me a lovely Audi A3 without applying 'pressure' tactics. We found a minor issue with the car after sale, which he resolved very quickly without any fuss. I would thoroughly recommend Merevale Motors.

I can't recommend Merevale Motors highly enough, after days of searching for a suitable car in my price range after mine was written off in an accident I was stressed and ready to give up. I could have saved myself all the hassle of driving all over the Midlands looking at cars that weren't as advertised if I had known about Merevale Motors! The car I bought was as advertised, Ian let us take it for a test drive and I knew it was what I needed. The car came with ample MOT, 6 month warranty, and a year's breakdown cover from RAC. I struggled to get a lift to go and pick the car up so Ian picked us up. All the way through the process he was helpful, courteous and patient! Definitely made buying a car, which is a big decision, a lot less stressful and will definitely use him again and recommend him to everyone.

Great, honest, no pressure car buying experience
My experience of buying a second hand car from Merevale Motors was a breath of fresh air. There was no hard sell. All questions were answered and everything was done as promised. My car came with a 3 month warranty, was serviced and mot'd prior to collection. There was a bonus of 12 months race cover. Ian even taxed it for me, got the sat nav working and put a bit of petrol in it. I'm really happy with the car it was just what I wanted. I'll be back later on in the year to see what they have when my daughter passes her test. Couldn't fault the experience and would highly recommend this company if you're looking for a second hand car.

Contacted the Dealer to arrange a viewing on the same day. Car was cleaned and tidy and ready to be driven away when I got there. Recently purchased my sons 1st car got a great Fiesta off Ian he was really helpful and made everything smooth and easy for us. We could only visit on a Sunday and the garage was opened up for us to view the car and then pick it up a week later. Questions were answered promptly by email.

I recently bought a Fiesta Zetec S from Merevale Motors. It was my first car purchase ever and they could not of been more understanding, friendly and helpful. This was an outstanding example of a very sought after car and I was worried about missing out but from the moment I spoke over the phone on Sunday I knew I had them in my corner, they agreed to holding onto the car while I travelled to view it on the Monday, agreeing to hold the car even longer while I arranged an AA inspection and finally arrived to take ownership of the car on Friday. they helped me sort every last detail of what I needed to have it on the road to travel home. I cannot praise this company enough, after dealing with a few sharks on my 7 month search for this car, I was extremely impressed by this small business. I realise reputation is important with the smaller sellers like this and clearly so do they. Excellent small business, excellent service and the car itself is immaculate and aced through the AA test.
